My boyfriend called this place a MONTH AGO now about the issues we are having here at Cornerstone. We have STILL not heard from the manager. This place is horrible. They will charge you for everything. However, they will not fix toilets, plumbing, etc. The manager is a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Elmwood Club Plaza has consistently failed to meet my expectations when it comes to pest control. The building has had a cock roach problem since the day I moved in, which was September of 2016. Since then, I have seen roaches all over my apartment, including in my kitchen, bathroom, kitchen closets, storage closets, living area, and bedroom. I have just recently moved to Paddock Club but have lived in other Village Green properties as well as properties owned by other companies I won't live in a property not owned by Village Green ever again. Village Green is concerned about the property but also you as a person. The maintenance teams are the best and will do whatever it takes to make your issue correct.
