While Dr Kaplan is very knowledgeable, it’s a shame that his office assistant Ms. Sylvia aka the wife is not. During my first visit on April 7 it took Ms Sylvia over an hour took check me in. And yes, I had an appointment. I then had to wait an additional 45 minutes to see Dr Kaplan. Once seen by Dr Kaplan, he told me I needed a MRI and that the MRI clinic would contact me within a few days.
