i was prescribed a topical solution for my feet and was not properly warned about the possibility of staining (it was a bright purple solution) so now i’ve had to throw out towels and socks because the stains won’t come out

THIS PLACE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NOR RETURNS CALLS! this is not ok for patients to be left out to dry when they are in need of care as diabetics! It’s not just been a once in a while thing .. it’s on going and we have placed call after call and get nothing .. what choice do we have when this is where insurance has sent the patient other then to file a complaint against the office with our insurance as well as hold them accountable when the elderly dietetic clips his own nails and suffers the blood loss or infection ..
