I recently took my mother to a local podiatry clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. Zoe was her podiatrist, and she was incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made my mum feel very comfortable. Extremely professional, friendly and prompt. Quickly diagnosed my problems after listening carefully to my issues. . Recommended series of exercises to rehabilitate which in a short period have already addressed and improved my heel problem.
I highly recommend this podiatry clinic to those currently searching / seeking a new one! Zoe was my podiatrist. She’s a health professional who’s genuinely willing to listen. I believe it’s important to come out of a clinic understanding what your diagnosis is and how to treat it. Zoe enables this without any information overload. She helped me understand the steps towards my goal of therapy. As a patient, I found myself feeling more involved and cared for at this clinic! Do give it a shot!
Cannot recommend Zoe highly enough. She was extremely professional, attentive, and switched on throughout my case. She even took the time to give me a debrief before the treatment when I looked completely clueless. Truly outstanding service.
