I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here has been discouraging. The doctor does not listen to your concerns, is overly confident and demeaning, and therefore dismisses any thoughts or questions that challenge his 5 second assessment and diagnosis. When you try and call the office you will get ignored. They don’t return phone calls unless you keep leaving messages, and if you can get someone on the phone they tell you they will follow through only to leave you hanging every single time. I give up. Sorry, but, after dragging on forever in an arrogant way with both check-in and check-out, to ask me about private medical information such as the kind of procedure, and then repeating the question which I tried to avoid answering in such detail, all in front of six or eight other people in the crammed waiting room, that is NOT professional, and it is not to be put up with! And all of that right after I signed off on the HIPAA forms. What other basic things may go wrong then. Too risky. So, forget them.
