Our office locations are conveniently located in Shawnee, Olathe and Blue Springs and we have three doctors: Steven Geduldig, DPM; James Kuhn, DPM; and Heidi Hagen, DPM. My mom was suppose to have a scan on her foot. I contacted the place it was scheduled and they told me they didn’t do that type of test. After numerous messages left with no response I am trying to get my mom’s exrays. This is difficult as no one even answers the phone. Would never recommend them.
These people are deceptive about Grau's departure. Called and requested a" new patient appointment with DR. GRAU SPECIFICALLY, dialoged with receptionist how my parent had been a patient and I respected him, etc. The receptionist tells me 'no problem', and takes ALL my PERSONAL INFO!!! Somehow she hangs up on me (panicked about being deceptive?!?) and I call back and tell 2nd receptionist I wanted an appointment with DR. GRAU. Went in for tendon issues and they did X-rays, told me “my feet weren’t too deformed” gave me a card to the good feet store and charged my insurance almost 800.00. When the insurance didn’t cover it they charged my card on file for the full amount without notice, I guess it’s stated in the small print when filing out paperwork so be aware that if your insurance denies the claim they will take it directly from you. Had my first visit there yesterday and I had Dr. Yang taking care of my ingrown toenail. He performed a procedure that nearly guarantees no reoccurrence. My toe already feels much better, so far so good. I plan on having the same procedure on the other foot. Dr. Yang and his assistant were very polite, professional and had the expertise to handle my issues. Two thumbs up!!!!
I saw Dr. Zhipeng Yang for the first time on July 30th. I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment. Dr. Yang was an attentive listener and he answered questions completely with easy to understand details. We have plans to address my short and long term recovery goals. His bedside manner is outstanding. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.
