NO STAR review...I would if I could! Please take some time to read this review and make THE RIGHT decision!! In summary, Dr. Thomas Pusateri Whitfield botched my ingrown nail removal procedure, refused to admit he did wrong, and called me stupid for calling him out on it. I feel obligated to share my experience because this was genuinely one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. Here are issues I had: 1. Unsanitary exam rooms: At my first visit, I was placed in a visibly dusty and dirty room. The doctor walked in wearing gloves that were clearly not fresh and even had someone else’s nail clipping in his hair. This immediately raised serious hygiene concerns. 2. I literally don’t know how this guy hasn’t been kicked in the face 172 times. One of the most horrible experiences ever… I was in labor for 36 hours and gave birth to a 10 pound baby no epidural. I would do that 176 times to just not go back to that doctor
Did my foot surgery in July. Very pleased with outcome of surgery and post op care. Rec’d excellent services for follow up and wound care. This was my second surgery( due to reoccurring problem from first one)and I didn’t have to have anesthesia as I did for first one. On first visit he was able to recognize what was wrong and why problem reoccurred and how to correct it.
