I see a lot of negative posts. I went in looking for a diagnosis. I feel the doctor was able to provide me with great information and clarity regarding my options for treatment. I downloaded the forms off the web page and filled them out prior to arrival. My wait time to get in was under 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. The doctor is really good and explaining stuff in layman's terms. It's a small office and is not fancy. I felt my time there was well worth the visit.
My 89 year old mother went there he was not nice at all rude hateful
Had a first visit this morning. The paperwork they gave me to fill out was so discolored I could barely make it out. When I was called to go to a room, the room was dirty and dingy looking. I was going to put my bag on a beige colored fabric chair and noticed that there was a soiled green cloth on top of the chair. I said to the receptionist, what is this? This cloth is dirty. Unfortunately, I called as a new patient and the person who answers their phones is abrupt and quite frankly rude! So therefore I told her never mind - not a good first impressions.
After multiple visits I highly recommend taking the time for find another podiatrist. The office doesn’t seem to be cleaned, some of the staff is rude to what seems like every patient and inaccurate information given to patients about insurance/ coverage/ copays and deductibles. (I’ve worked with insurance and in healthcare for years) no one greets you when you walk in and EVERYTIME I come in there is some drama going on with other patients, or the staff talking junk about their patients.
