Justine at the front desk is a complete rockstar. ⭐️ I can not remember my sweet nurses name, but she was also wonderful. Dr. Price is so down to Earth. Incredibly knowledgeable and tells you exactly what you need. Today was my first podiatry appt ever and they made me feel so incredibly comfortable and welcome when I didn’t know what to expect. I’m so incredibly thankful my PCP, Floye Taylor referred me to Foot Soul Foot & Ankle for my diabetic foot care and neuropathy. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I like Dr. Price very much, but the billing charges from that office are ridiculous and unexplained. Dr. Price suggested I get orthotics in December because my deductible was met and that they would cost zero dollars. I now have a bill for $150 for the orthotics And paid a $45 co-pay for the visit to get the scan and then another co-pay to literally pick them up. So orthotics that we’re supposed to cause nothing, are now costing me $240. When I call the office. They just say well that’s your insurance co- charge. If the doct... read more

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Foot Soul Foot and Ankle. Before my appointment, I specifically called to confirm that they accept CareCredit for medical expenses. I was told yes. Based on that information, I showed up for my appointment expecting no issues—only to be told at the front desk that I apparently had the “wrong” CareCredit card.
