I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Foot Soul Foot and Ankle. Before my appointment, I specifically called to confirm that they accept CareCredit for medical expenses. I was told yes. Based on that information, I showed up for my appointment expecting no issues—only to be told at the front desk that I apparently had the “wrong” CareCredit card. Dr Price and staff were very professional so nice & welcoming! And I get to see her for something I was seeing a whole different Dr for located way too far from me so I get to see her for that issue and not drive so far to the other place! Thank u Dr Price!!! Lots of work to be done on these poor feet (broken big toe, plantar fasciitis, deep heel cracks, bone spurs) but she was excited and up for the challenge lol! See you in 3 weeks!!
I am a diabetic and have my toenails cut here. I've been coming for 2 years or more. I would not even think of going anywhere else
The staff was wonderful and truly helpful. The appointment was great. The smell in the whole office was very annoying and irritating.
The laser therapy treatments really helped.
