Receptionists repeatedly lied about being "fully booked", pretended to have access to my podiatry case notes and fabricated my foot problems over the telephone and even asked for a doctor's referral letter before I could see a podiatrist at the store! I emailed my complaint to the store, at the same time expressing my intention to lodge formal complaints to the consumer affairs and ahpra against the podiatrist who saw me the year before.
