I've been a client for a few years and need to say there's a big disconnect between the amazing staff on the streets (trash removal, salting, shoveling, etc.) who I would love to give a big 5 stars to, and the office staff who I would give 1 star to. I've paid for the service of sidewalk, front yard, and stairway sweeping, taking out trash, and taking out recycling, but the foot soldiers have not done any sweeping at all. Highly disappointed. ____________ Update: Foot Soldiers has managed to complete all of the services we paid for, therefore, I've increased the rating to 4 stars.
Foot Soldiers exceeded my expectations. The service is high quality— and they do a wonderful job leveraging technology to ensure transparency before and after the job. I highly recommend them!
This is my third request. Please ask the technician to stop leaving my recycle bag outside the recycle trash bin until recycle day.
