In my opinion, Feet Smile Spa is okay if you’re looking for a quick massage without spending too much, but from my personal experience, I probably wouldn’t go back. When I went, I noticed the massage area was not a private room but i was asign a simi private area—it’s more of a communal space, with several massage chairs lined up next to each other. Te service was indeed good. However, the guy at the front desk was unappreciative. After paying for the service, even leaving a $10 tip, he made it seem like the $10 wasn't enough. He looked at the money and literally said "this all?" I'm like "yeah" he then goes on to say " look here, this is our suggest tipping price" showing me the sign. Not liking his tone, I simply said, " oh ok, let me get that $10....I got u" He gave me the he $10 back and I left without tipping. Lesson: tipping is not mandatory. They make you wait even if you have an appointment, the massage was dry, and therefore uncomfortable, I selected the hard pressure and it felt like she was just Barely touching me It was really bad
I went today jun 22, 2025 Had appointment 11am for 2 ppl. Guy made a very good massage, just right, went with my mom and massage was great. The bad thing is receptionist guy was rude, and wanted me to leave same tip for both massage People but i received better service from one than the other. Receptionist was rude and said for me to leave tip the same for both! I tip what i want and if i want! I dont tip what they tell me to. He got mad.
