I really wanted to like this place especially after reading all the great reviews.. But after being rudely asked for more tip (the man literally said "thats all youre not leaving more tip" AFTER LOOKING AT OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THEME THAT THEY TRY TO BULLY TIPS OUT OF PEOPLE MAYBE WE SHOULD CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR ICE, IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT !!! ) I'm a little more than perturbed. I have been going here for a couple months now and have been very pleased with the customer service at the front desk as well as the masseuses there. I have to call out Jessica as my favorite as she is always wearing a smile and very kind and caring with me. Please give them a try. Great prices are just a bonus.
Disappointed with how I was treated after leaving an 18% tip. Instead of appreciation, I felt pressured and judged for not tipping more. The massage therapist, Jessica, threw the money down on the table like it was trash. The entitlement! Tipping is optional, not an obligation and customer service should not change based on tip expectations. Will not be returning!
Great prices. It isn’t fancy inside but great masseuses and it’s clean!
