Called and made an appointment using my auto claim information. I was told on the phone that they accepted auto insurance for treatment. Was called two weeks later (a few days before my appointment) and told that they don’t accept auto claims and that the doctor would not see me. They denied that I had ever been told otherwise—a blatant lie. Apparently, their staff is not knowledgeable about what insurances they take. Had I been informed when I first called, I wouldn’t have waited two weeks to begin looking for a new office ... read more
