Not that impressed. The doctor clipped my big toenail too much and made it bleed. He isn't real informative and didn't seem interested in myself as an individual. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Had dr look at my problem and was very knowledgeable customer service outstanding.
Not the best. Doctor talks like he doesn't care, once exam started he took off my footies and tossed them on the dirty examing room floor. I have taken my elderly parents to their appts t totally different facility doctor, where she would put their socks inside their shoes (not on a examing room that more then likely is not mopped or disinfected between patients). He didn't even clip nails. Very uncomfortable first time visit.
I’m very grateful to Dr. Frederiksen. He helped me when I was in severe pain. I received excellent care, and the entire team made me feel so welcome. Even though my English wasn’t perfect, we had great communication. Denise, at the front desk, was always so kind and was able to guide me through the process. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Frederiksen did for me. Now, I can walk great with my new orthotics and do my activities without pain. Thank you!
Editing my review because the doctor made it right. Our first appt must have been an off day because today’s appt he was patient and his bedside manner was great with my neurodivergent kiddo who was struggling to make it through the treatment. I really appreciate what he did for my kid now we don’t have to worry about ingrowns anymore.
