Overcharged us and then is difficult to get back in touch with. Clipped 2 nails with clippers and then billed it as a surgery to drain an abscess. Now we are trying to pay the corrected bill (after their 3rd party billing company fixed it) and cannot reach them. Even visiting the office isn't working. This is ridiculous.
