I went here years ago and saw a great Podiatrist named Tom. I checked the website and there he was available at Holland Park and Jimboomba. I made appointments for myself my son (they booked me in with Jack even though i asked for Tom by name) and unfortunately we woke up really sick. I set an alarm for the minute the clinic opened (9:30 Wednesday) and called to reschedule. The incredibly condescending receptionist girl said they open at 8am, and I must looking at an old website. Well worth going for foot problems. I was made extremely comfortable while my foot problem was resolved and an EXCELLENT RESULT WAS ATTAINED. Very Happy Customer
Entirely ineffectual waste of time and money. *edit. After writing this review, Foot Faults made contact which resolved a clear misunderstanding I had about the role of podiatrists. A thoughtful and helpful call. Thank you.
I saw Jack recently and was very happy with his friendly, professional advice and manner. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, teaching me things about the way I walk that no other specialist has ever picked up on! Well worth the money,would definately recommend. Thanks again.
