i was trying to set up a visit and the guy I talked was very rude and asked for my social which I found very odd. when I questioned him he made the comment I called him,he didn't call me.
Today, 11/23/2022, THEY WERE CLOSED. Which I find odd as hell, bc They made appt. Nov 2 for exactly 3 weeks out. Which is today. I wasted $34 on UBER fees getting there & back. Why am I infuriated w them? This marks the 2nd time they scheduled me & were closed WITHOUT NOTICE!! sick of their unprofessionalism.

Dr. Towarnicki is very thorough and patient. I have been a patient of his since November of 2021. He has never rushed through an appointment and always asks me before ending the appointment if I need anything or if I have any other questions...which my family considers very brave of him since I am a "talker" 🤣🤣 I have been treated by him in his office and thru his wound care clinic (separate office). I writing this because of lack of professionalism shown by doctor townicki and his staff I need to have foot surgery and Dr townicki is very unprofessional by allowing this interns to run the clinic with out him being there in the office they changed your appointment without notifying you refuses to refill your medicine even though you go to see him he his interns tell you if you don't want surgery that day to get out of the office they don't want you there.
