The doctor was friendly and knew what he was doing. My problem was with the reservation and check in. When I called to change my appointment to that day the lady on the phone asked me could I pay for my appointment instead of telling me that payment is due at time of service. That was just RUDE! Period! Then when I got there and told her that was rude she argued with me and said she didn't say it ugly. The fact that she asked was ugly. Could have been handled a lot better.
