I got my orthotics made and was satisfied with the service initially, however after a few months they are coming apart. When I called to get a “free adjustment” as I was promised, I was told the clinic is closed and I’m out of luck...

Nice woman who helped me. The foot analysis was simple and nonintrusive. One problem: the orthotics were quite expensive ($480) and did not end up being covered by my health insurance plan (Great West Life), even after further documentation proving it was a valid gait analysis technique. So buyer beware. The orthotics worked and helped my plantar fasciitis but there must be less expensive options out there.

After wearing orthotics for 20 years from four different companies, with mixed results, I decided to try out The Ottawa Foot Clinic in its Kanata location. I didn't have any references from friends, but was so impressed with Renee's professionalism and the process she described with FootMaxx in Virginia that I ended up ordering two pairs. Ma visite s'est fait à la succursale de Laval et après plus de 2 mois avec les semelles il n'y avait eu aucune amélioration. J'ai eu une consultation avec un podologue par la suite et il a affirmé que les semelles ne régleraient pas le problème.
