Very unprofessional, I do NOT recommend this office! I found Dr. Ngo on the Methodist Willowbrook website because my husband has been having foot pain. The office made the appointment for 10 am so he took off work. He arrived there at 9:50 am and the office wasn t even open although the door states their hours are from 9 - 6. He waited for about 30 minutes and still no one showed up. I attempted to call the office several times but it would go straight to a voicemail.
