I haven't been able, or interested, in walking much for the last 40 years. The pain to my ankles, joints, back and neck, were just too much. I tried "The good foot story". Wow, $1,350-$2,000 for 3 sets of 'inserts'. A bit rich. My doctor put me onto a podiatrist. Lisa was unbelievable. Honest, knowledgeable and so nice. She diagnosed the problem and set me up with inserts, for about 10% the price and now I'm walking 5 kms, three times a week. My wife has also seen her for another problem and that's resolved as well.
