The doctor is amazing. The staff, on the other hand, is rude. They do not return calls. I went in in October to have inserts made, and at about one month, I called to check status and was informed the facility, making them, were behind, and they had no idea when they would be in I have called a total of 3 times asking if they will be in so I can pick up my inserts I left 2 voicemails and one with the answering service, and they have NEVER returned my calls.
