I’ve visited this clinic many times, and the service is always excellent. The podiatrist is professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. The staff is friendly, appointments are efficient, and I always feel well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic for outstanding foot care.
Don't go here.Drove 40 mins to my appointment. Was kept waiting so after 40 mins I asked how long more.At 50 minutes I decided this was totally unprofessional and disrespectful of me and my time. Will Lodge complain with the College of Podiatrists of Ontario. I note here there are many other complaints of same nature. What a disgrace and you pay $190 for a consultation.Go elsewhere as they don't care about you.
Went in for terrible calluses and what I thought was an ingrown toenail. The young girl worked on my toe and the bottom of my feet. She said the Dr would be in to check on me. Needless to say there was more time spent on "orthotics talk" than dealing with my callus issues. Dr applied a tiny bit of acid cream and bandaids and said to come back in a month. The bandaids came off before I even made it home. $140.00 the callus is still there and quite painful to walk on
Dr Vorkapich is superb and so is the staff. I had been to a walk-in clinic and asked for an appointment where I got my ingrown toenails done last time. I had a consultation, and they told me they would set up an appointment for me. Then I called the place where I thought they were setting up an appointment, and they told me they don't do that procedure anymore. There has been no effort to get in touch with me. I had a bunion removed and I really appreciated the time taken to explain details of the surgery and options. The procedure was easier than I expected. After surgery access if required is excellent too.
