I had an great experience at this foot care clinic. I came in with some issues with my toes, and the team here took incredible care of me from start to finish. The staff was nothing but the best—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.
My first (and last) appointment was booked with Dr. Vorkapich and I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. I waited 50 minutes in the waiting room and was then led to an exam room. The assistant asked a few questions and I waited again, 45 minutes . I left as I had to be somewhere else by then. Never did see the doctor. Someone from the office called to see if I wanted to re-book. No apology or explanation from the doctor. I felt invisible.
