Waited 55 minutes to see the doctor who spent less than 5 mins with me for my annual diabetic exam. No questions regarding my A1C, no detailed exam, no time to spend with me despite my long wait. I had previously seen Dr Birk but as he is retired went to his old office location. Never again.

The people here are all wonderful
I arrived at my scheduled appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. After completing and turning it in, I sat in the waiting room, expecting a quick process since there were only two people ahead of me. Unfortunately, I wasn't called back to the exam room until an hour after I arrived! It turns out there were only two assistants and one doctor (at least during my visit).
