Really over you as a podiatrist. I made an appointment more than 2 months ago. I put the appointment in my phone at the desk.it ended up the wrong date.You then charged me $40.00. I have been seeing you for 3 years. I made a mistake or your system did. When I made my appointment these signs were not displayed on the desk. Came in with a client of mine who is in a motorised wheelchair who had an appointment. Was told by receptionist that dr Nathan would not be able to help him due to not being able to get out of wheelchair without asking whether the chair was able to be position into a reasonable position. Was just told that the doctor wasn’t allowed to bend over to provide service.
if I could give 10 stars I would, excellent service, friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommended.
Dr Nathan is very good, he provides useful information and recommendations tailored to your circumstances and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. This practice offers different types of orthotics at different price points, and there were a few shoes on display (though I didn’t buy any). Would definitely recommend taking a bit of extra time to plan ahead to get here on time or early, this practice is always busy and fully booked.
