Doctor and staff are great! I’m pleased with the care I received. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the building itself is not in good condition.
I had a great experience with Foot & Ankle Specialists and Dr. Gordon. They were able to accommodate me the same day for an emergency visit. Dr. Gordon promptly diagnosed my issue, provided thorough education, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Had significant discomfort in ball of foot. Dr Charney diagnosed tendinitis and prescribed inserts for my shoes, ice, rest, and NSAIDs. The issue is slowly resolving as she said it would. I am pleased with the diagnosis, treatment and communication. Staff is very good as well.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gordon for at least 10 years and he and his team are awesome - professional, caring and I highly recommend their work. Recently sprained an ankle and Dr. Petranek was able to fit me in for x-ray and evaluation within less than 3 hours notice - tremendous help, excellent!
I was days away from my trip to St Maarten when my ingrown toenail that I had been ignoring got infected. I called the Reston office in a panic and was so happy to find that Dr. Charney could see me the next day. She was fantastic. She addressed the issue, prescribed antibiotics, and sent me on my way. She is a very friendly person and was attentive to all my needs during and after the procedure. Thanks Dr Charney for making sure my trip was not ruined!
