Exceptional service and attention to my concerns Warm greetings. Extremely pleased with the nurse and especially Dr Bell who answered all my concerns and provided solutions recently was my 3rd appointment, extremely pleased with Dr. Bell and her staff.
I was in and out for my post op visit, everyone was very polite staying on task examining the surgical site, changing bandages. We were able to have a short personal conversation, which is important to me, to not feel like a number but a human being. The value of customer service is not lacking in this office.
Horrible experience, unsympathetic, no regard for time, dishonest front desk person and never been treated like this by any doctor ever! This is the second review they took down my first one which was a little more in detail.
