I was in and out for my post op visit, everyone was very polite staying on task examining the surgical site, changing bandages. We were able to have a short personal conversation, which is important to me, to not feel like a number but a human being. The value of customer service is not lacking in this office.
Horrible experience, unsympathetic, no regard for time, dishonest front desk person and never been treated like this by any doctor ever! This is the second review they took down my first one which was a little more in detail.
This is one of the best doctor’s appointments that I have experienced in a while . The doctor was very informative with the procedure that was being done with my daughter. His bedside manner was amazing and just overall made you feel very comfortable with the decision that you chose to come to this office. Everybody is welcoming and warm in this office as soon as you come in your greeting. The front desk takes the time to explain and set up appointments without filling rushed.
