This facility is awesome & friendly with professional front desk staff, thank you, however they are night & day from the fishersville facility. Second time of me having the absolute worst, humiliating experience here. This past June 16th appointment was a complete disaster. Front desk staff argued with me, talked down to me & talked at me, right with the glass window open with a lobby with around 4 patients to hear all of my business. Dr. Waltz has knowledge and compassion and is an incredible Podiatrist. Her staff kind andi s extremely helpful. A special thanks to Shannon who is outstanding in all she does and she does a great deal!
Dr. Waltz provided outstanding care. She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly Podiatrist who carefully listened to me and explained everything. Though I’ve only been to one other Podiatrist she is far superior with understanding and addressing my issues. She Provided a treatment that works. I highly recommend her.
