Didnt want to give a star....These ppl horrible. Front desk rude. Dr doesn't give a shit that I have amnesia and no car and I can't drive. The times I miss My appts I was not able to walk stuck in wheelchair, boyfriend didn't take me to my appts and share a ride never picked me up, couldn't see Dr during worst flood in Hbg. They are not professional or understanding....Dr grossman discharged me in middle of my care because I had no way there and share a Ride left me hanging....the worst. Was 12 minutes late and they wanted me to re-schedule. Poor managed office. I saw the doctor once before. She was very good, but this was crazy. I told them my ankle was in pain. I drove 1 hour in the rain asked to see the supervisor of the office and she would not let me see the doctor. Poor running office. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Pay attention to the timeline of these reviews. They're OLD. I read them, believed them and to my regret, made an app't. This guy is an arrogant, sneaky scumbag. He knows plenty - enough to inflict INJURY. This sleazy cockroach injured my feet so badly, I can barely walk. I do NOT recommend. I curse the day I set foot in his office. You've been warned. Seriously!
I have known Dr. Schustek for over a year. A recent follow-up was again a wonderful experience. He is experienced and totally in touch with a patience concerns. He is gentle and wise. He always has the financial concern for the patient first. I have been pain free for 16 mos. and will continue my yearly visits and wear my inserts faithfully. Thank you Dr. Schustek..
Why it's a 1 star is because of the front desk staff. They are not friendly. I would reconsider going there because of the front desk staff. Rude nasty ladies. I have never meet just nasty front desk employees in my life.
