Custom insoles were Not an in-house make. They were weeks late coming in. They Never called to say the insoles were late, ready, or anything like they said they would. The office Refused to ship them to us, but then did Not test them when we did pick them up. AND the insoles are hard plastic with no padding at all. 600 TRASH!!! DONT GO HERE!
