I came in and listened to them trash talking patients in the hallway. I mentioned it to them as a potential HIPAA concern, and certainly an issue of professionalism. Since my visit, I have explained to them repeatedly who my insurer is and how to bill them, yet they keep sending me bills as an “uninsured patient.” Eventually, if they can’t keep track of billing, they’re going to get accused of insurance fraud or an ethics violation. Very Friendly staff and I was so impressed with the doctor, he knew right off the bat what was wrong with my foot & explained in detail about the Diagnosis.He did x-rays, an ultrasound, a Cortizone injection and put me in an air boot. I highly recommend this place!

Extremely dissatisfied that my appointment was cancelled for no reason by the doctor's office. I had to use my sick leave for nothing, which is a waste of time. Because no ASL an interpreter had been arranged for the visit, they ultimately did not see a doctor. Since I never visit any doctor's office without an ASL interpreter, I made sure to express my need for one when I made the appointment. I recently moved to Los Lunas. My experience has been very good. Setting up an appointment was easy. The intake process good. Dr. Smith took time to understand my feet problems and used ultra sound to help pinpoint problems in my feet.
