I have seen Dr Ferris at QEH twice now. I find her to be patient, doesn't rush you, listens and follow up on your concerns. She is very clear at explaining in a non medical language what treatment you need what post surgery may be.. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr Ferris treated my son for his foot problems. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I would recommend her for all your foot and ankle problems, big or small.
I will not leave a star rating as not warranted. I waited 2 hours to see this lady. Then when in there told her my foot could move in a certain way. She was adamant it couldn't do that, I asked to show her, her response was that it would be a waste of her time because it cannot happen. Both Hubby and I were trying to tell her it did. Asked if there were any type of special shoes that would help me, told to go to the Athletes Foot and get something, went there, they said no way as each foot is so different need a shoe maker. ... read more
