Wanted to share a great experience. Just moved to the area and have had previous double bunionectomys. Accidentally dropped a piece of marble DIRECTLY across the bunion site which left me bruised and swollen. I have passed by this practice a few times. Today, after this emergency, I walked in and was met with incredible grace. The wonderful staff welcomed me and got me in for an X-ray with Dr Sutherland. Luckily, no fracture. Miracles do happen @ Dr. Joey’s Foot n Ankle along with Shyanna M.A. n Madison Receptionist all could clearly see my apprehension! Entered with Level 10 pain, ingrown big toe nail with exudate…yikes! A calming agent was taken for anxiety @ home B/4 my procedure. All was explained in a caring n knowledgeable manner asking if questions remained. The level of care n outcome were exemplary!
