I came to pick up my first pair of orthotics. The doctor and assistant were very pleasant and helpful.
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Paterina. She is personable and makes an effort to really listen to my concerns. Dr. Paterina has shown empathy and compassion to me during my visits, and I feel like I can put my full trust in her expertise. The office staff are also very professional. If a mistake is made, they do try to rectify it and do better. I really like this practice very much.
