Had an second appointment at 8:30 am. I was first one to arrive onsite with no one else in the lobby. More people showed up having same appointment time. I waited for an HOUR and was not seen at all while everyone kept getting called in. With other commitments already scheduled for the day, I had no time and just walked out. My first appointment had a long wait time as well.
