My wife set me up for a free consultation. I spent about 10 minutes asking questions, then stated I would have to think about having the procedure done. The next day I received a bill for around $160, my wife gave a call about the free consultation. I'm very disappointed on the run around we are getting about this bill.
Terrible visit and a waste of my time. I left basically in tears. I was given xrays that I did not need as I had them in the last year. The doctor never examined my feet. I was told only very basic information of which I have tried x 5+ years. No other options at present time despite being in a lot of pain. I was told I would be given exercises. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Kriedberg and I showed up early to check in for my appointment to do the necessary paperwork with that. I was then brought back to the room to see the doctor and had mentioned in passing that I saw a doctor for the same issues a year ago, and then they asked me to find the paperwork for that. After looking through my email for 5 minutes I was not able to find anything on my last visit with a different doctor at a different clinic a year ago. Dr. Moeller and staff are absolutely the best. Karen, the Office Manager goes above and beyond to help with insurance questions, claims, etc. The medical assistants are so kind and helpful. Dr. Moeller, has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. Everyone was pleasant - start to finish. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you all for your care!
