The receptionist Anna/Ana was very rude to both my mom and I. She hung up the phone mid conversation, ignored the second call from my mom’s number, and when I called from my phone, she lied about who she was when asked who it is we’re speaking to.. Staff did not communicate that the deductible wasn't met and charged a ridiculous bill that they are expecting her to pay out of pocket, when she was TOLD that it was covered by insurance.
