Do not recommend unless you like a long wait. Long long wait. They are extremely uninformative. Had a 4:00 appointment, checked in at 3:45. 4:45 I left. No nothing. Not a good first impression. If you can’t honor your commitment, then don’t make one. If you can’t inform your patients of extended wait times, then don’t expect them to wait. Zero stars…
I wish I could give zero stars my appointment was for 3:20 and when I signed in there were 3 more people signed in for the same time the lobby was full of patients. The lady who worked the front desk was nowhere to be found at 3:45 I was still not able to start on paperwork. I left because if it's taking this long to get paperwork I can only imagine the service and how long it will be to actually see the doctor. I do not recommend this place to a dog let alone a person.
What a joke. Never on time booked appointment for 2:40pm. Not seen till 3:40pm. Checked in and they make you wait in patient room. It’s not like they were slammed with patients.
