I was a patient of Dr. Hento in Bakersfield and she always stood out as one of the best doctors I had ever experienced. When I began to have a different issue, I searched for a podiatrist in Tehachapi first and saw the horrible reviews here so decided to figure out who I saw in Bakersfield and realized it was all the same group. On the Bakersfield Foot & Ankle reviews, they score very high and Dr. Hento has so many praises. Too often Tehachapi people like to complain. I highly recommend Dr. Hento.
I was misdiagnosed by them in Tehachapi ! The exam was less than 5 minutes! And they want $227 for it, even I have insurance! It’s an awful place! They just want money for nothing!
I Don’t recommend Dr.Hento she’s not a good doctor neither is her medical assistant appointments are rushed questions barely answered and everyone in the Tehachapi clinic has attitude issue i wish google had the option of zero stars
The doctors listen to you and care. They try to help. Staff is also great and friendly and helpful
Been a bi-weekly patient for 3+ years. Dr. Hento is exceptional. Her staff is likewise efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this practice to everyone.
