What a mess of a doctor office! I have gone for 3 visits already and have had no issues. THEN I get a call stating apparently that my insurance is not covered by this practice. Which I feel is something that should’ve been caught on day one by the receptionists Then she had the audacity to tell me that I have to pay a bill of $723. she was so rude not polite and then she hangs up on me because I tell her that I’m not gonna pay the bill. She jerked me around for several months failing to heal my plantar fasciitis. Several painful shots, Even stuck a boot on me. Went to an orthopedic foot doctor who cured it in a week and told me everything she did made it worse. Stay away.
Trying to charge me a 50 dollar cancellation fee and I did not even cancel my appointment with them! These people rob people of their money. Do not go to this place!! Listen to the bad reviews on this place and stay away from them.
The tech butchered my dad's nails because he said Dr. Howard would give lotion which she didn't even do. Horrible office, staff, and Provider. This is the last time I am taking my dad to this office. Shame on them!! I am very upset. No care was taken on my elderly dad's toenails. All they needed to do was cut the tops of the nails and use the filer. Med techs are super rude. Especially Rahim. I’ve been going here for a workers comp injury for a year. And they still haven’t found a solution to my ankle. I’ve been in pain every day having to give up what I used to do and am very depressed and to have a tech say it’s hard to believe I’m in pain. Very dismissive staff. Very unsatisfied. Doctor was dr. Howard. She’s also very dismissive and never takes anything I have to say. They withhold medication and push treatments off. I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t chosen by workers ... read more
