Staff is very professional and friendly. Mark has been very kind to my mom by treating her with so much care. Definitely recommend this clinic!
Been here at least 5 times. The staff here is very friendly and professional. We’re always seen in a timely manner. They take their time treating my mom and always answer any questions we might have. Shawn goes out of his way to make sure she’s taking care of and always makes her smile. Jennifer always greets us with a smile. Dr. Nejad has also taken good care of her.
I don't understand what kind of inadequate, incompetent people are hired to work in this office. These people forgot to send my request to the insurance company, forgot to call me back. And after I reminded them, they still sent it, indicating incorrect information, because of which the insurance company refused me. And they didn't even notify me until I asked. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I went in for a 15 minute appointment because I've been having foot pain on and off for the past 6 months. Dr. Gandomani told me I needed to have a MRI because it was impossible to know what might be wrong and if I had pain this long it's worth looking into. However, they never called in the pre-authorization for this. I then called back- gave them the code and phone number to call- and they STILL didn't call it in so I could get the MRI.
