I don't understand what kind of inadequate, incompetent people are hired to work in this office. These people forgot to send my request to the insurance company, forgot to call me back. And after I reminded them, they still sent it, indicating incorrect information, because of which the insurance company refused me. And they didn't even notify me until I asked. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I went in for a 15 minute appointment because I've been having foot pain on and off for the past 6 months. Dr. Gandomani told me I needed to have a MRI because it was impossible to know what might be wrong and if I had pain this long it's worth looking into. However, they never called in the pre-authorization for this. I then called back- gave them the code and phone number to call- and they STILL didn't call it in so I could get the MRI. Professional, friendly, fast
They couldn't make my insurance request for 3-4 weeks, then when I asked to do it again - they listed a bunch of stupid information not matching the truth about my illness and symptoms, and in the end they didn't give me an answer even though they promised. I ended up spending 6 weeks of stupid waiting, and all they did was insinuate it was a “long response from the insurance” even though I can see the dates of the request and they themselves admitted they “messed up”.
I've been waiting for a month and a half for a response from my insurance company, and I was beginning to suspect that the request was taking too long, because in that time I've been able to see another doctor, he submitted the request, the insurance approved it, and I received the service. I wrote to them once 2-3 weeks after my first appointment.
