Communication is not great, they literally never call when they say they're going to let me know about something. I went in for an orthotics fitting and then had an appointment 4 weeks later to pick up the orthotics and when I got there it was not there, and they never bothered to. Let me know. Review on behalf of Glen.... This place is great. DR. Tatum is fantastic! He is the nicest guy and adressed all of my post sugery questions. My appointments are timely and beyond efficient. I was having major problems with High Desert Medical center, who were my primary Doctors at the time, refuse to provide me with medical equipment that was already approved.
