I have an issue with this “practice” never got to see the doc. Appt at 3:45 pm. Received a “check in” text at 3:15, which was already done (as requested) days before. This check in was not being processed properly, would not allow me to go from page to page, although my information was already in there, still asking for a “new” check in.
