I tried to call 480-917-2300 to set up a first appointment multiple times during their business hours. Their service put me in the call holding telling me to hold for next available person. After about 10 or so minutes of holding, they change the message to one saying to leave my name, phone number and birthday. They then transferred me to the general message mailbox... which is FULL and can't take any more calls. I saw this poor coverage at a different practice last year. I scheduled an appt, online, using ZocDoc but then cancelled it because I do not like ZocDoc. I then called the Gilbert Office (Foot and Ankle Clinics of AZ, Gilbert) to make sure I could keep the same day and time for the appt. A man answered and told me that my appt was verified for the same date and time. I asked him to make sure, and he said it was verified.
