I can’t rate the doctor because I was never seen. Staff scheduled an appointment with me for the next day, then after I arrived said it was for the previous day, which was not the case. Made her error my fault. I drove 45 minutes out of the way for nothing. There wasn’t even time enough to make a same day appointment. Unprofessional, and incompetent!
Love Dr. Massuda. My 16 year old hurt her foot, call her office, and they got me in. My daughter was nervous think she broke her toe, but Dr. Massuda made her feel at home. Great bed side manner. My daughters toe was fine, but Dr. Massuda had to remove her toe nail. Much praise for Foot and Ankle Clinics of America.
Very kind place to have your foot care treated at. We love the staff and Dr. Massuda is like having the perfect friend take care of you. My feet feel so much better now and I have to say thanks to Foot and Ankle clinics for taking care of my feet.
When you run - you have to expect a little foot pain here and there, but when you have a sports injury like I did - you need to find the best podiatrist Chicago has to offer. Dr. Massuda at Foot and Ankle Clinics in Beverly is the Best Foot Doctor in Chicago. She is kind, understanding and treats the issues right away.
