Very disappointed. My first appointment here went very well. Everything was explained the doc was on time and was able to schedule a scan. Today for my follow up appointment, to discuss surgery, I showed up 30 minutes early and asked if there was anyway to be seen a bit early. The receptionist stated maybe but probably not and I was ok with that. However when my appointment time came and went by 15 minutes I asked what was the hold up. She then informed me it may be 20-30 more minutes. I am respectful of other people’s time ... read more
Just had tibia tendon repair and bone Fusion on my right foot. I had the same procedure dine by a different doc, night and day difference. Dr. Urteaga looked at all options, took time to explain process, and I've healed better than ever, this is foit surgery #6 so it's for sure not my first rodeo
I had an accident on a Sunday and hurt my ankle. I called Monday morning and Dr. Urteaga's staff was able to see me that afternoon. The team put me in a room almost immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with x-rays and exam. However, Dr. Urteaga took his time to inspect the injury, listen to my input and even order 2 more x-rays to check everything thoroughly before making his diagnosis. I had an amazing experience with this office and staff and would recommend them to anyone!
New to New Braunfels and looking for a podiatrist for my elderly father. Debbie at the office stated they are too busy to treat ingrown or fungal issues, due to being a small foot problem! Wow! Deny patient care because it doesn't pay much is horrible
