This is an orthopedic shoe store with questionable billing practices, not a legitimate provider.
Fraud
If I could give this office LESS THAN ONE star I would. It's a good thing Dr. Crotty is retiring because the customer service you receive from his office is abysmal. They sent a bill for the services rendered to my husband without running it through insurance first. Two phone calls later they agreed that all that was owed was the $25 copay. Then after 5 additional, separate phone calls (4 on my part and 1 on theirs) I have still yet to receive a receipt for my payment.
