I broke my ankle and was so nervous to have surgery for the first time...dr. cook was nothing short of amazing. So nice and caring. Best doctor I've ever been to...also the staff is so awesome, they always offer me a cold bottled water and chocolate! 5 stars!!!!

Dr . Cook and his staff have been super amazing! I had achilles tendonitis and the best option was surgical repair. Dr.Cook very thoroughly explained the process at the pre-op and after surgery he called to make sure everything was going well at home and no complications. He has taken the time to eplain the next steps to care and again let me say how amazing of an office staff he has! Thanks so much!!!

Dr. Cook and his staff were able to set me up with customized orthotics that have made a huge difference in how my feet, legs and back feel. I was pleased with their service and recommend them to all my pharmacy patients who are looking for foot and ankle care.
