Worst ever- was told I could return 1/2 orthotics, I wanted full ones Dr assured me I didn't need -well wrong they were awful and painful! Fine so I return them no one can do return only manager- waited no one EVER called me back of course! I called again now credit card machine not working - called again machine still down- really you run a business with no credit card machine? I tried to call to make my daughter an appointment. They kept hanging up on me over and over again. I was so confused. Next thing you know I get a text from their office telling me to book my appointment online! My daughter is a new patient their link doesn't let new patients make an appointment. What a joke and we haven't even made it there yet. Decided to call another place. They answered the phone!! They were professional, kind, and my daughter now has an appointment. 1star for saving me from what seems like could have be... read more
