Dr. Shakespeare is the best and the office manager is really good at her job.
I had already seen 2 podiatrists without a resolution or helpful plan to address severe unilateral foot pain with underlying plantar fasciitis. The office staff were able to fit me in the same day which was unreal. I saw Dr. Shakespeare who took the time to listen and provided the most comprehensive exam and assessment and added reinforcements to my orthotics and further testing for a possible tear in the fascia and instructions to hold on physical therapy and nurture the foot rather than further stretching which was aggrava... read more
If I could give Zero stars I would because Dr. Nehaa Atyam..told me many lies regarding helping me with my feet…I wore my new slippers and she told me that I should not have done that…yet she’s the one who recommended me get new sneakers and slippers.. As far as appearance she walked in at the same time my appointment. At 8:30am.. today..she said that she live in Pennsylvania.and that’s why she was late...She wanted me to get a vitamin that was out of state and that I only could use her pharmacy and pay out of pocket…. Dr. Atyam is extremely knowledgable and professional. She takes her time to assess the concerns that I have and provides feedback. I have seen various podiatrist over the past 25 years, but I must say that she is definitely the most thorough. I'm so blessed to have found her!! If you need a podiatrist or have any surgical concerns, Dr. Atyam is the one to see!!! You won't regret it!
I highly recommend this office. I was a new patient and needed to be seen ASAP. Joy went way above and beyond to help me get the referral and appointment the same day! The ladies in the office were all very nice. Dr.Atyam was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was in a lot of pain and she helped me so much. What a positive experience! Thank you Dr. Atyam and the whole staff at Foot and Ankle Associates.
